Milk. It does a body good, but which type? Soy, Almond, Rice, Hemp or Dairy?

Great link! I had actually been curious about that lately in trying to lose weight and lower sugars. Also see with the soy and almond I need to supplement the vitamin D...thank goodness for Shakeology!
